nanged!

sarapan pg ni adalah roti canai..


sekeping roti canai yg mempunyai berat 95gram,mengandungi jumlah kalori yg sederhana
iaitu, 101-400 kcal..
haha..jd roti canai ni mkn sekeping je ckup..
tu pown klu xmoe gmox..
klu anda ingin menambah berat bdn,mkn la berkeping2..haha
